Hello all, my daughter 03 Prius died on her, the codes it threw are listed in heading. We cleaned MAF and throttle and this did not solve the problem. We replaced the MAF with a remanufactured unit from O'Reillys and now the car drives normally, but the check engine and red exclamation light are still on. Will these warning lights shut off after the new MAF calibrates? Of not what else should we look at? Inverter coolant and transmission fluid were changed in January.
Disconnect the 12V battery for a few minutes to clear existing DTC, then see what happens after you reconnect the battery. If the warning lights remain, then the engine still has a current issue. Get Mini VCI if you still have the CEL on and need to retrieve the DTC.
