I'm looking at a 2013 Toyota prius C one 92k miles $9,600. Need a car asap, bad situation. Do I need to worry about large battery lasting to 200k or more. I need a car that will last me.

correct. while some do make it 200,000 miles, many don't it depends on a lot of factors, and those are unknowns in a used car with 90,000 miles. all the best!
A Toyota Corolla may be a good option. Although I am in Central Virginia, my preferred dealer & salesman (Gen 1 Prius owner) is in Manassas VA. Feel free to PM me for details. I found it well worth the 150 mile drive to avoid my local dealer.
