Anyone taken off the center console padded armrest, mine looks like the ugly steering wheel problem, pad is all wrinkled and needs to be replaced, how do you take it off?
After a lot of searching and looking, finally came across this thread, and it answered my question, and it really is that simple. Do you plan on recovering it or replacing it? Mine is the Prime base model with am armrest thin padding. I added a padded liner over it but it shows it's not OEM.
I just threw a black dish rag over it from the dollar store. I use it to wipe things down when I need it and throw it in the washing machine. The OEM pad still looks like new.
