So my 2008 threw the above codes. I couldn't work on it for a bit, and I parked it. My initial research indicated it was potentially the ABS actuator. My belief was based on the 1364 and 1365 codes plus when I put my foot on the brake pedal I could hear ABS pump running and failing to pressurize.

Well I needed to get it going again, so am working on it. When I got back to it C1313 indicated a relay issue potentiality. I don't know why I didn't check that first, maybe because I remember thinking I could hear a relay clicking when I had my spouse hit the brakes. I don't know.

Now the issue is pulling the relay I checked the contacts (looked clean) and put it back in and the codes cleared and didn't come back. Problem is that feels too easy. I live in the mountains brakes need to be in top form. People think moving is the most important function of a car, but really the stopping is the most important function. Not going will ruin your day, not stopping can ruin your spine.

Could a relay be my issue? I've actually replaced those relays before with compatible ones yanked off a junked 2008 Toyota Highlander hybrid. I'm wondering if I should replace them with proper Prius relays. Or if the real problem is just waiting to come back.
