Does any one know if it's possible to change the 'guts' of the Qi charger to enable 'Fast Charge'? If I use phone nav. (Waze) the regular charger barely keeps up. Also, Is it possible to modify the Siri eyes free to call the Android Assistant instead?
Check out the max wireless charge input capacity for your phone. Usually wireless has far less power than wired and I wrote it off as a solution for powering phone nav. Just not enough power for that. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Actually, I have a separate fast wireless car charger that I have used. It keeps up with Nav just fine. I would rather not have to use the 12 volt plug and wireless charger if the car already has one built in. The phones input charging capacity is not the issue.
