Does the ECU only send the 5v signal to the crankshaft sensor once ignition is detected? I did not have everything together last night to fully test, but I'm only getting around 0.4V from the ECU to the crankshaft position sensor in both ignition on, and then "Ready Mode" before the engine kicks on.
