Do share with me if this glare bothers you. I have some interesting ideas on how to fix it. I know they will all work but I'm debating which ones to do and ultimately will be combining options. But yeah, look at that. It's blinding. Going to fix the glare at every point. The top, the CD player edges, the knobs/sliders for fan speed at the bottom, etc! All in a way that hopefully looks aesthetically pleasing as well. A mix of shades, matte wrap and perhaps other things. Might make a custom cover. Will see how much of a good job I can do before having to get really crazy, but I will if I must.
Worst feature of the entire car, imho. I put matte black wrap on the panel above the glovebox. Never have found a good cure for my 11.6" display. Finally settled on mesh window shades on the rear side windows. That reduced it quite a bit. All the anti-glare screen protectors made the display too fuzzy to read. If I had time, I'd wrap all the shiny places on the dash.
Certainly a professional could? It'll be interesting to see what a mix of all the solutions I have will result in. Might wrap the whole dash first but I don't think I need to after I install my shades, which I will picture later on.
Last month I bought a ‘21 Prius Limited. The glare on the 11.6” screen was insane. After I had the windows tinted, the glare was gone.
