    I am driving Prius 2010.
It has been a couple of months to hear this creaking sound on the driver's seat and passenger's.

On the driver's and passenger's are different.
For the driver's, it comes from the hinge area. Sounds like metal stuff are scratching or hitting together.
For the passenger's, it comes from seat belt area. Sounds like rubbing rubber on another material.

I am stressed so much. I have visited local dealer for five times and they have never proven it and even recognized it either.
IT IS KILLING ME. please save my nice person.

Are you talking about front seats or rear seats? You refer to a hinge.

There have been several posts here on front and rear seat noises. For the front passenger seat, first rule out the seat belt mechanism. While alone in the car, put the passenger's seat belt in the clasp. If the noise still persists, then it is probably in the seat itself. With the headrest set all the way down onto the back of the seat, drive over a rough road to duplicate the noise. Then press gently sideways with your right hand on the passenger headrest. Does the noise stop? If so, it could be one of 2 possibilities: a) the slide mechanism below the seat is loose, or b) the "hinge" area for the seat back is loose. The if the hinge area is culprit, take a small hand towel and roll it up. Now carefully tuck it between the bottom of the seat back and the back of the seat. I was able to solve a seat rattle that way. If it's in the slide mechanism below, it's more complex.

As far as the driver seat, could the lower slide adjustment bar be loose? Try pressing down on it while driving on a rough road.
