Cruise control adjustment = added mpg

    Have your cruise control adjusted to lose about 5 mph when going uphill. You'll gain about 3-5 mpg.

    Well, I'd prefer not to be rear-ended by the clods who think my doing 55 in a 55 zone means they can tailgate me.

    JUst for kicks, how does one 'adjust' the CC to not hold speed so closely?...
