Got around to installing my brand new Curt hitch yesterday. The new style not the round tube. eBay $ 150 delivered. Was really hoping mine was not bent like so many others and eyeballing, it looked pretty good. Nope it was bent in about 1/2 and inch. Not bad but then I quickly realized the hole to hole alignment on the hitch on the pass side of the bracket was messed up too. The holes were 3/4's of an inch too close to each other. How can they mess that up? Don't they use a jig to drill the mounting holes? I had to bend the bracket and then redrill the hole. The QC on there product is awful. Sending it back would have been a major hassle and with my luck the replacement would have been worse. Nice paint job though.
