@h00ktern and @ovni haven't been active for over a year. Are there any other PC members doing the cutting for the sidewinder / high security blanks or is everyone just putting up with finding the local locksmith and their prices?
I did end up going with a local locksmith who ended up being quite reasonable. He cut 2 keys and reprogrammed those 2 used fobs to our car for only $70. He said it was his first time trying to program fobs to a Prius.
