Dashboard Plastic Ratting

    My mom’s 2013 Prius has been experiencing a rattling/creaking noise coming from driver’s side dashboard. Usually happens at lower speeds on rougher roads, but occurs regardless of speed and orientation. Any idea what this could be? Hoping it’s just a loose plastic clip somewhere.

    Tried uploading a video of the noise but I can’t find a way to do it on this site from my gallery,..

    I know there's wiring under the dash top that can get loose over time and start smacking the underside of the dash top this is where your eyebrow display and all that mess is lots of stuff in that area that tends to get brittle and do all that creaking and cracking and groaning it's really bad in the generation 3 compared to the gen2 that I'm driving
