Since my G3, 4 doesn't have day time running lights, I occasionally turn on my lights during the day. However, this dims the dash lights to the point where it is barely visible, even with the switch at the maximum setting. Is there a way to prevent the dash from dimming? The adjustment for the nav lighting does not seem to work on the dash. Thanks
If you rotate the dimmer past its 'stopping' point as it reaches full brightness it will click into another position, this keeps the dash at full daytime brightness even at night when you turn your headlights on.
