... documentation fee, title fee, state plates and electronic title fee, on top of the car price and destination fee. I understand that the destination charge is taxable, unfortunately. But those others? Is that normal? Is that even legal? Sounds like sales tax fraud to me. Anyone else get hit with sales tax for those? Thanks!
You are right to question this. Call the State Dept. of Revenue to be sure. OR.....go to a different dealer if the deal isn't done already. Still call the state.
