How many miles do you have? I would suspect the same routine for removing the oil change message: Trip A, power off, press and hold the Miles/Kilometers button, power on, release when reset is done.

I don't have nav. Check your owners manual.

I thought there was only a oil change warning that needed resetting, in normal circumstance. Just maybe there is an issue with the engine filter, say not installed correctly?

That is what I thought originally too but I believe that with the nav option they have additional service messages.?

If you have a chance to browse DTC codes, pls do it and send the details.
If not, lets try to open engine air filter box and visually check for any dirt or oil appearance. Try to clean the filter with compressed air.
You can also try to reset the warning message - cycle the car 3 times (Ready-OFF).

If you are seeing it on the Nav screen check page 301 of the Nav manual. You can delete all of the vehicle information out of the Nav system then it won't bug you anymore.
