I just bought a used 2004 prius. It came with one key fob. The seller said they would look around for the other. They called and said they found the other one. But its slightly different. The number stamped on the back is a Denso 14ACX. When I google that number it appears this might be for a 2010 and newer prius. It doesnt work right now on my prius (new battery installed). 1) is this indeed for a newer prius? 2) can this work with my 2004? 3) If so, how can it be programmed to work with mine?
