Depth of 2 DIN Slot

    I am planning on replacing the radio in my 2010 Prius II with an aftermarket navigation unit.

    But I am not sure about the depth of the 2 DIN slot.

    Can anyone advise where I can find out or have anyone measured the depth of the 2 DIN slot.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    single DIN (180 x 50 mm panel) or double DIN (180 x 100 mm panel) size. The depth is not standardized!
    You need to figure out the depth of the device you want to install, then find the Double Din unit that fits your needs!

    Are you referring to the depth of the hole in the dash? There is a lot of room in the dash for just about any receiver. follow the A/V upgrade link in my signature and there are some pictures of the dash.
