Sorry to post to this thread, but I just wanted to thank Dianne for these amazing offers! I claimed the gray 2014 Prius Plug-in from her this past weekend, and the process was so easy with no BS whatsoever! There were no additional hidden add-on's or extras that cost money and time to remove that I've dealt with at other dealerships (including another Toyota dealership). The deal was exactly as she described, plain and simple (with credit approval of course). Anyone in the OC/LA area should definitely contact her if interested in a Toyota.
