As the title sales, it's the I-TOYOTA-R/5V model as sold at the PriusShop and also seen here at Dice Electronics I bought it to try on my Gen3 but found out it didn't work well with the headunit. It did work for a few minutes but then didn't. I had to reconnect it every time and just didn't work well. I know it works though 'because I have the same model on a 2008 Prius Base w/o SAT and it works just fine. Selling from Texas for $110 shipped. Must sell fast to buy the much more expensive OEM version. It's in the box with everything used only once, today. It includes the instruction booklet and all pieces required.
