No safety inspection stickers here. The only 'safety inspection' I experienced when moving here from out of state, was a VIN check to make sure the car wasn't stolen. The 'tab' is the the annual renewal sticker on the license plate. That sounds less like weed, and more like the other stuff we haven't legalized. The location is not far from what is (or was) a reputedly high concentration of production labs.
