    That's a good thing to encourage more to buy clean diesels.

    Well, so much for the drop in diesel prices. It's gone up a few cents around here. Gas is taking a big jump, going up 17 cents in the last two weeks.

    Could be the work of market speculators and having a little to do with consumption. Summer (vacation) families hitting the road, gives an excuse to boost prices.
