Do I Need This Harness to use JBL Amp with Aftermarket Unit?

    Metra TYTO-01. I WANT to keep the amp. My double din JVC has amp outputs for channels. Do you have to rewire it (Run AV cables to the amp) or just put cables together and wire it in from the headunit part?

    I have a 2010 Prius with JBL no touch screen.
