Do the Aftermarket MFD's Really Work?

    I was actually trying to find out how much update navigation DVDs are going to cost for the factory installed nav systems (2008 pkg 5), but I came across this listing at ebay for a "Toyota Prius Navigation screen DVD based GPS Navigation"

    They look like they are toyota part numbers. Do these actually integrate like the factory option?

    I would say this is more for someone who's had a failed MFD with nav than someone upgrading.
