Do the headlights go off? - Yes

    I have read a great many posts on here that say with absolute certainty that if the headlights are on and that door is opened before the car is turned off the lights will not go off.
    this is just NOT true. The lights WILL turn off no matter the sequence of opening the door and shutting off the car.

    Umm, if the door is opened before the car is shut off, the lights stay on until the car is off.

    I think they mean if the headlights are turned on AFTER the car is shut off, then it won't automatically turn off when you open the door.
