Does anyone know how the order procedure works? I thought if I ordered a car, the dealer puts in an order and Japan makes one. My salesman told me he doesn't know how it works, but there are cars that are delegated to regions that the dealers pull from???? Maybe someone can explain things better?? I'm waiting for mine now about a month.
The dealer does not order cars. The factory builds what they think it right, and the regions allocate them to dealers, who can preference certain configurations, but it's not a guarantee. Topic has been discussed a lot--try a search if you want more info.
