Mine is 2012 Prius V and won't start right now, I got a code P0A1A which meets one of the codes of Enhancement ZE3 . Does Enhancement ZE3 cover 2012 Prius V not Prius, I also saw ZE3 mentions some states but not includes Florida, I didn't get any recall letter, what should I do right now?Should I tow my car to the Toyota Dealership directly? I really appreciate any suggestions.
From what I can see, ZE3 is a warranty enhancement specific to the Prius liftback. But there is a similar program covering the Prius v, namely ZF5. To avoid confusion, if you have a v, you should be searching for and talking about that one.
The US warranty extension on 2010 to 2014 Prius liftbacks covering certain inverter/converter issues for 15 years irrespective of mileage. As this is in the Prius v forum, the main thrust in this thread should be "stop talking about ZE3, it's for liftbacks". The similar warranty extension in the US for the v family is ZF5.
