Not sure if this question has been asked before, but is there a minimum Firefox/IE version that PC supports? After the recent server upgrade, I no longer can access PC from my laptop, running Firefox 2.0. Neither can I use IE to access. I always get the "server is down for maintenance" message. I'm using my wife's laptop, which runs Firefox 3.0, to access the site.
FF 2.x should work. I'm running it and am able to access PC on 3 different machines. Maybe you need to clear your cache.
PC works with any standards-compliant browser, including ancient opera/netscape and the text-based minimalist ones that [ahem] some of us tend to run. In fact if you're having issues with the latest and greatest, it may be because of excess complexity and/or misconfiguration. . _H*
Thanks guys. At least I can eliminate that possibility. The problem could have something to do with the corporate firewall settings on my laptop too. Although it's strange that it happens even when I'm using it at home. And I can access all other web sites without problem.
For Windows users, you may need to clear out your hosts file - see the last few posts in this thread http://priuschat.com/forums/priusch...6834-i-cant-access-priuschat-need-help-4.html
I use Firefox 2.x and 3 (beta) no problem - agree clear cookies, private data, cache and or try different profile ...
