Does the battery management cool the battery while parked and not plugged in?

    My Ampera is waiting at the dealer outside, on a hot sunny day and fully charged, but not plugged in. Does the BMS take care and cool the battery even if it is not plugged in?

    Yes it does my car was on the garage all week and when I came home it was on. There was zero loss in milage although per green charge it was down to 97%
