Does the Prius C have power steering fluid?

    I assumed not because it's a hybrid, but recently it has been making this whining sound when the wheel is turned all the way. For example, when I parallel park, the noise is most noticeable from turning the wheel so much, or it happens while making a 90 degree right turn. How do I troubleshoot this issue? If it's not power steering fluid, I don't know what it could be.

    The power steering on Prius c cars is electric, with no fluid. The Repair Manual (more info) includes some troubleshooting suggestions for steering-related noises.
