Does anyone know how to adjust the dome light fade? When I open the car door looking for something in the dark, I would like the light to come on right away, not sit there and think about it and then slowly fade up while meanwhile I'm still standing there in the dark waiting for the thing to come on so I can get whatever it was I came out here looking for. The only thing I found was an old post about adjusting the length of time the light stays on after the door is closed. That would be nice to know, too, but the link in the reply was broken. So I guess there are two questions now. Double your chance to answer!
You need to go to the dealer to adjust the timing. The options are 0, 15 and 30 sec. I had mine changed to 30 (15 is default). Secondly, couldn't you just turn on the light manually? lol
