I think there might be an issue with my door locks. I have a C 4 which has the touch unlock. Sometimes it wont unlock . It will just keep locking. Yesterday I wasn't able to unlock my car at all even with the remote. I had to pop the trunk to get it to unlock. There are also times where it takes several button pushes to get it to finally lock and beep. Should I just take it in?
Not yet. I talked to one of the service advisors and he said it could be the battery even though ive only had the car for a month. I am going to try it today. I mean its possible the battery was just bad, it happens. Either way they are having me bring the car in tomorrow because its doing this weird thing where the interior light pulses like its trying to fade in and out but not fully cycling.
New car. Yes, I'd get your difficulties documented ASAP. And just let the dealership get the chance to figure out what's going on and fix it.
Actually, sounds like a loose 12v battery connection or it could be a bad 12v battery (with a bad cell).
