Double beep beep

    2014 Prius V started double beep-beeping along with flashing immobilizer system dash light after batteries were replaced in key fobs. Beep beep every 3 seconds when doors are closed.

    12v battery was replaced. They say dash light is supposed to constantly blink, but beep has got to stop. Is there some kind of reprogramming needed? Is there any other system that could be causing the problem?
