What do you think of the idea of passing a required knowledge and skills test (behind-the-wheel) of energy efficient operation of a motor vehicle as a condition of obtaining an initial driver's license and at periodic renewals (say 8 years)?
major letdown for new drivers who might be under the impression that all normal vehicles drive like the Prius... that is what i would say
