Does anyone know if it is advisable to drive a new 2004 cross country over 1-2 weeks. Is there a break in period on these beuties, or are they ready to go the 3,000 mile distance thanks for any insights
You're not supposed to drive 'aggressively' the first 600 miles...but I think a 3000 mile 'break in' trip would be great. There are a number of people who bought their car far from home and immediately made a 1-2000 mile trip home with it. Your car will drive better and better the farther you drive it.
