    Through the 'My Controls' panel then 'Edit Profile info'. It brings up a section titled 'Custom member title' at the very top. But I was only recently able to change mine and did so a few days ago; I don't know if you have to be here for a specific period of time or have a certain number of posts in order to do so. ??
