have followed the install manual on version 6 enginer. I have found the ready wire on the ecu (green wire in 2nd. position) turned the engine on and tested for 12 volts. I know the continuity is good and the ground is good (white /black wire) yet though multiple tries I cannot get 12 volt s on multimeter.
