Yesterday I started getting messy electrical issues in my Prius. All symptoms happens mostly in random. One time I get almost all dash lights on, other time I get left turn signal on everytime when I press the brake pedal. Also when car is turned off, the stop lights keeps on. Strange things happening. Any ideas?
Not normal brake switch could be sticking etc . Stepping on brakes activating turn signals with out stalk activation. Bonkers . 12 volt condition do you know?? Something's quite a miss. Condition of car ??? Overall
While it probably is not the cause of that mess......... One should not overlook the obvious and check the 12 V battery and it's main connections, at both ends, first. Might want to check the charging voltage too.
