I've heard of something like this for clean diesels....considering an article of US truckers leaking into any open container and tossing them on the road - it would be progress.
Now there's a fuel source in plentiful supply. Maybe the little batteries should be known as P cells.
I can just picture it. Low on gas have a beer or two and insert penis here, of course there would need to be a lady friendly cup for refueling.
