Last summer I bought myself a Prius which has worked really well but it has only one electronic key. We sold the car it's replacing so I got new snow tires and wheels for the summer tires and a new Optima battery. I wanted to get another electronic key but my searches for a locksmith in nearby Reno aren't getting me any where. The key might be harder to find because the car has the optional sun roof remote ac on the key. I've read this is the only key that will work on this car. I was at the dealer and I see a ton of overhead I don't really want to pay for any thoughts on my best options from here to key happiness.
Just look at eBay and wait for it to pop up by someone selling original keys. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
