I received this message about engine oil. Nothing else. I'm unsure what I should do. Is it normal oil that you add every year or something else more complex? I couldn't check the oil level. Couldn't see where the line is. Thanks Claudiu

It is meant as a reminder for the normal oil change that should happen every year (or six months), or ten megameters or so, where all the existing oil is drained out, the filter is changed, and fresh oil is put in. The normal adding of oil does not have any such schedule; oil should be added whenever necessary. The line on the dipstick (admittedly hard to see at times, one learns to play with the angle and the light) should be checked quite regularly, for example at every stop for fuel.
