Does anybody have experience with this? I’m in the Portland Oregon area. My engine currently has lots of engine shaking at @241,000 miles. Low compression in one of the pistons if I can remember getting diagnosed. What else shall I replace while I’m looking into? The hybrid battery seems great the last time my mechanic looked at it. Looking for any advice/suggestions. Thanks all!

Make sure you have enough bank so that something can go wrong . And be redone on you're dime . The JDM racket has taken a real big dump in the last 15 years I've seen engines coming out of Japan that look. Like they coming from third world countries it's pretty bad . I think now the laws have changed in those Asian markets and they're allowed to keep cars a little longer more around 100,000 mi not the 65 that was touted when all the started. So be very aware and noneof the importers will take any responsibility. Be very keen on this . You see all the videos what's going on in the automotive industry on Facebook and other social media take it to heart it's really happening. Beware . Even in the progressive State like California you can be cleaned out quickly. Really do you're homework on this .

Yep; bottom line - it's used. Of course they're going to tell you it's a low mileage engine. Who would buy a used high mileage engine with known engineering defects??????

    Just my two cents....
