Enginer warranty support issues

Just a notice to anyone out there fighting Enginer on a warranty repair issue. I had my 4kwh kit installed on January 7, 2012 and the kit is rapidly reaching the point where it is inoperative more days than it is functioning properly. I have had five warranty related adjustments/ repairs in the last 3.5 months. My request is simple, get the unit working properly or give me my money back.

I will keep you posted as to my progress and will very happily report good results if I have them, or negative results if that is how this turns out.
