The new Prius V Five is on its way from another dealer's stock. Before it gets here I am thinking about adding a data plan to my phone to take advantage of the Entune capabilities. Since I don't currently use dataI have no idea how to estimate what data plan I would need. Will I be ok with 2GB or am I gong to need a 4GB (or higher plan)? I'm not in the car all day every day but I'll probably use Pandora whenever I am plus a few odds and ends of other things.
I stream it for about 2-3 hours a day five days a week and I'm usually around 1.7GB. I'd say to go with the 2GB if this is similar to your probable usage since it's cheaper and monitor your usage to see if you need to bump it up. I know with AT&T at least you can upgrade mid-month to a larger plan if needed. I think it works out to about 72 hours of streaming for 2GB of 64kbps streamed data.
