I read somewhere that the remote app on your phone works via cellular signal. Will this work if you're driving in Canada and Mexico?
I'm in a perpetual loop with them. No one has been able to tell me what service and service area the Remote Climate works on. I am now going to reach out to the Customer Satisfaction Department to try to gain clarity. Thought I would post it here, in case someone knows.
