I'm attempting to use song tagging on the Entune system and not having any success in getting the information moved over to my phone. 2018 Prius 3, current rev of Entune iPhone 7+, both iOS v 11.4 and 12.0 iTunes 12.9.0.164 Here's what's happening: Select music with 'tag' button. Screen indicates one tag will be saved to phone Plug in phone through USB. Screen indicates tag has been saved to phone Get home, plug in phone to computer, start up iTunes, sync. Backup created but there's no indication of a playlist having been either created or updated. What am I missing? I don't subscribe to Apple Music and didn't see anything to suggest that it's required. Backups are to my local machine, not to iCloud. I haven't found any other places where I might have something set incorrectly. TIA
