Replaced high voltage battery a year ago. Green bean battery. A few times in the past year I have gotten P3000 error code. And the car stops and I have to clear the code for it to run correctly again. Then it works well for a while. The car tells me to pull over and get service to the Hybrid system. Any ideas?
P3000 could be 5 different things and all of them are covered under GreenBean's warranty. Usually its corrosion build up inside the battery ECU creating inaccurate voltage readings. If for some reason you don't have a warranty it's a simple take pack apart and clean/replace corroded parts job that can be done in less than a day.
