Have a 2001 Japanese import of Toyota Estima/Previa Chassis No: AHR10002735 which did not crank failing power loss of battery returning from a Hoilday. Replaced battery - charged up Cleaned out HV battery pack (had blue residue on it) Cleaned out battery series terninal connections Checked open circuit voltage of all batteries - reading 7.5 volt each battery. Checked continuity on wires between fuse link and battery. Fuse link shows 2 - 3 ohms reading; should be equal to, or upto 2 ohms. Safety switch has a broken lobe to activate micro switch when plugged in which has been temporarily by- passed by bridging the micro switch connector plug. Checked all three HV Battery relays - OK DTC code now reads: P3140 pointing to an interlock issue - Where is or are the interlock swtich locations? Any suggestions - help would be very greatly appreciated.
