I have a feeling they'll screw it up. Either it'll be really slow chargers where you have to wait hours to fill up, the chargers will be down a lot, or there'll only be a few chargers there and a long line of cars waiting to charge. Or it'll be in remote areas where people can't go and grab a bite to eat, safely at least. If they carefully plan out where to place them where they'd be the most effective and in a safe area where lots of people will be around most of the time, and give people a place to get out of their cars for at least half an hour, along with placing enough of them to handle demand, then maybe it'll work.
