cute.. you should see what my school district has done... San Jose Sets Up Largest K-12 Solar Power And Energy Efficiency Program In US and a pic of the high school i went to. Picasa Web Albums - Clif - Sunday Power ... two out of 8 or so are visible in that pic... the middle school next to it received similar panels.. a few parking lot covers.. and a huge amount on the roofs.. and so forth for every school.
Our town is in the midst of construction of a 1.5 MW wind turbine at our local high school. This is in addition to a 0.66 MW wind turbine at a local private school that has been operational since March 31, 2006. However I have not heard of any local discussions concerning the additions of plug-in stations. We do have a high number of Prius so hopefully we'll see this same enthusiasm for plug-ins.
