    This is not a strategy for survival. This is a path to collapse. We need plug in cars ASAP!

    If the Prius is the #1 selling car in Japan, yet far from that title in the U.S., I wonder what is different in advertising and the media that could partially account for this difference in the PUBLIC PERCEPTION of hybrids & EVs and understanding that importing oil is a destructive, parasitic force.

    Simple - other countries grasp the urgent need to build/maintain their public transportation infrastructure. Too many lobbies in the U.S. to do that here. tragically, i in the U.S. - it's just the opposite. You can dismantle EV transportation/infrastructure, and get away with it:

    When did the pipeline site near Laurel, Montana, get moved inside Yellowstone National Park?
